What kind of choices are there for Christmas cards?

The next Holiday coming up is Rosh Hashanah

Since we have finished discussing the who, what, when, why where and how of Christmas cards, we will spend the next few weeks discussing what kind of choices there are in holiday cards.

The next holiday coming up is Rosh Hashanah. Rosh Hashanah is
the first and second day of the first Jewish month of Tishrei and is most
generally referred to as the Jewish New Year. The Jewish New Year is a time to make plans and changes for the year to
come. One important thing that will
occur on this day is the sounding of the shofar, or ram’s horn, in the
synagogue. No work is permitted on this
day of religious observance. Most Jewish
people will spend the majority of the day in the synagogue listening to a
continual reading of their special prayer book called the machzor. Many fun traditions are also practiced, like
the eating of apples dipped in honey signifying the desire for a sweet new
year.

This is the traditional time for those of the Jewish fath to send a greeting card wishing others a sweet New Year. Check out or selection of Jewish New Year cards. We have been told that we have the nicest selection around.
