Design Crafters

After our “sugar loaded” stomaches couldn’t handle more, our family headed to the Meadow Terrace for a big lunch.  As I talked about yesterday, lunch was great: we mingled with friends from work, talked about the upcoming college football games, and had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Of course, we all knew the reason we were at the Amusement Park though - to ride the rides.  Our little son had to go on a few more fun rides; we would be obligated to take a few more pictures for our photo Christmas cards too.

The first ride we all went on as a family, including our six month old, was the classic “merry-go-round”.  I rode a bucking bronco, my son rode a wild zebra, my spouse and my little girl rode on a picnic bench of some sort.  Merry-go-rounds are always a ride that bring back memories of when I was young.  Photo Christmas cards can have that some effect.

The best picture we took all day was actually one we had someone take for us as we posed on the merry-go-round.  A perfect way to end our fun-filled day.
