You can take a picture of the whole family, even the pets!

Are you having a family reunion this summer? Consider taking a picture that you can use for your photo Christmas card.

Think about the group, the more the merrier. I have to say my “pet peeve” is Christmas cards where it’s only the baby or children. I know they are cute, but it seems lonely. I’d rather they had more than just their kids in the photo. Get in the picture with them!

One year my uncle remarked that while he enjoyed receiving a photo of the kids every year, he would like to see a picture of us, too. So, gather the entire family, even the pets.

Consider the Extended Family
If you have an opportunity during the year to attend a large family get together with grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins, you might consider using a large group family photo. Take the picture at your family reunion.

Here is an advanced photo Christmas card idea only for the super organized. Let everyone sign a paper. Then make a copy of it and glue it to the inside of each card. Send it for Christmas. Everyone will be delighted when they get their card with all of the signatures. It will instantly bring back the memories from the reunion. You’ll be loved by all.
