Professional Baseball Photo Christmas Cards
Since I talked all last week about football, I figured now couldn’t be a better time to talk about baseball and how you could tie photo Christmas cards in to the Holiday season. There isn’t a better time than now - the “Hunt for October” is in full effect in the Major Leagues.
There are so many different ways to capture the moment of “America’s Pastime” in a holiday card. Baseball has so much history: from Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig, to Ted Williams and Hank Aaron, the history in and of itself could be a perfect way to celebrate the season.
One photo Christmas card idea could be a historical baseball tribute celebrating all that the game has brought to your families life. Granted, your family would probably need to have a pretty good interest in baseball to tie it all in, but I’m sure the creativity would be memorable nonetheless.
Another idea for a fun photo Christmas card idea tied in to baseball would be a then and now. For example, it would be fun to put a picture of Cal Ripken when he was a rookie versus what he’s doing now as a baseball analyst. Comparing Barry Bonds as a skinny college star versus now as the Major League leading home run leader who is massive. This might make an interesting Christmas card, don’t you think?
Tomorrow, I’ll break it down a bit more and talk about more specific things you can do with this years “Baseball” photo Christmas cards.
