Thank You Cards

How Sending Thank You Cards can impact your business

A couple of days ago I talked about how sending  birthday cards to your clients and your employees can impact your business in several ways. Besides creating good will showing your thoughtfulness, it creates loyalty. It falls in line with the law of reciprocity. "You do something nice to me and I’ll want to do something nice for you."

Thank you cards

You get a very similar result with Corporate "Thank You" cards or notes expressing your appreciation for something someone has done. It may be a personal thing they may have done for you, or maybe they just purchased your product or engaged you in service.

You want to thank them for the confidence they have place in you to provide whatever it is that you provide. It’s probably sufficient, if you have the opportunity to vocally thank someone but it is going the extra mile to sit down and write a thank you card expressing your appreciaiton.

Many folks may send an email expressing thanks. That’s pretty common and is a nice gesture which is certainly well received. It took time and thought to do that, but if you really want to have an impact that will be remembered (or even received - I’m talking about spam filters possibly causing your email to maybe even disappear) hand write a note, hand address an envelope and mail a thank you card.

You will be amazed at the impact it will have. So few people take the time to actually write out a thank you card it that it really has a lasting, memorable effect.

It really doesn’t take that long to do, they are inexpensive and you certainly get a return on your investment. You can get any "Thank You" card you could need right here on our site. We offer plain "Thank You" cards as well as "Thank You for Your Businss," "Thanks for Your Referral," and "A Brief Note."
